How it works

From profile to a practice interview, without a placement promise.

    Sign in and upload your resume

    Create your profile or use your Datamarcos Learn login. Add the roles you want and the resume text a model is allowed to see.

  2. 02

    Add your own AI key

    OpenAI or Anthropic, stored encrypted. CareerOS calls the model with your key, shows only a mask, and you control the cost.

  3. 03

    A daily match against live roles

    Public boards are checked on a schedule. A keyword score runs first, so a model is only asked about roles that already overlap your skills.

  4. 04

    Tailor the materials

    Cover letters, resume bullets, and a GitHub skill check. Nothing is invented that is not already on your profile.

  5. 05

    Practice a mock interview

    Role-specific questions, your written answers, then a short score and notes. History stays on your account.

  6. 06

    Apply, then track what happens

    You apply on the employer’s site. The tracker is for your own pipeline: saved, applied, interviewing, offer, or rejected.

    Cheap default models, a hard token cap, and a cache so the same draft is not generated twice.

    Weak overlaps never trigger a model call. You still see the score and the gaps.

    Only a capstone Datamarcos has verified shows “Capstone verified by Datamarcos”.

    Public repos only: languages, missing READMEs, and a ready-to-apply checklist.

  • Two ways in

    Datamarcos students enter after a verified capstone. Everyone else can use a Career Package.

Submit your capstone in Learn. An instructor can verify it or ask for changes. Access opens when that verification is granted. The public badge is only for this path.

Does CareerOS guarantee a job or an interview?

No. Datamarcos CareerOS is placement support. Using it does not guarantee a job, an interview, or an offer.

Who can use it?

Datamarcos students get access when an instructor verifies their capstone and access is granted. Other job seekers create an account on this site and use a paid Career Package, or an admin can grant that package.

Whose AI key is used?

Yours. Keys are encrypted on the server and are never shown back in full. There is no shared Datamarcos key for these drafts.

Where do the jobs come from?

Documented public job-board APIs. CareerOS does not scrape LinkedIn or Naukri, and it does not submit applications for you.

What is the capstone badge?

It appears on your public profile only after Datamarcos verifies your capstone. Buying a Career Package does not add the badge.
